It is important to note that I am a full-time developer.  I am available to work with you and answer your questions throughout the work day during normal business hours, and at other times by appointment.

My Background

I have a degree in Computer Science (BSCS) from Indiana University which I received in 1987.  I have been interested in, and involved in programming computers since way back when the first home computer was released (yes I owned an Atari 400, followed by a Commodore VIC 20).   My degree has a concentration (specialty) in database design. I worked on a mainframe computer and coded SQL (database design language - Structured Query Language) in college.

I worked as a system level programmer for a major pharmaceutical company for 3 years (1987-1990), and then started my own database design company which I operated for over 7 years. The bottom line is that I have spent a lot of time designing and developing databases and I know their intricacies inside and out.  (this is not a hobby of mine, or something I learned as a side project). 

From 1995 on, I became very interested in the Internet as a way to reach people around the world.  I could see this would become very important as I had previously tried marketing software on the 'CompuServe' dial-in network. I started developing/designing websites in 1995, and started my own successful online business in 1997 that I still operate to this day.

From 1997 to 2013 I have studied and learned everything there is required to operate a successful online business. I did that as I worked on my own online business (Business to Consumer market, B2C)
