WSYIWYG Web Builder 9 - If you're looking for a replacement for XSitePro, this may be it. It seems to have everything required, is updated frequently and reasonably priced ($45 USD).

HTTrack - Website copier and cloner that does exactly what you need when you want to duplicate a website offline or for editing updating.

KompoZer - You may have a need to do source code or CSS (Cascading Style Sheet) design work. If you do, your choices are a bit limited, and most are expensive. This is one option that is great at what it does, and it is free..

Stylizer - A remarkable CSS design tool from Skybound.  Use it to create the style sheet of your dreams, and import that into XSitePro.

Web Plus X4 - If you want to explore another WYSIWYG editor have a look at this one. The source code it produces is excellent, and you can then use it inside of your XSitePro 2.5 templates to increase your design look/feel.

WebSite X5 - Another XSitePro alternative web design tool that features a WYSIWYG editor and built in templates as well as graphics, a mobile app development area, blog design and shopping cart capability built in.
